KAMIC Group has acquired all the shares in SN Fordonsinredning AB, a leading player in the Swedish market for custom interiors and bodywork for transportation vehicles. The seller is the company’s Managing Director, Mikael Schweitz.
SN Fordonsinredning was founded in 2005 by Svend Nielsen and Catarina Claeson and was acquired in its entirety by Mikael Schweitz in 2020. The company offers customizations for transportation vehicles with a focus on interiors, double cabs, volume boxes, aluminum flatbeds, and other specialized solutions tailored to customer needs. The business is based in Västerås, Sweden, with approximately 25 employees, and annual revenue currently amounts to just over SEK 60 million.
