KAMIC Group has acquired all shares in Nanomil AB. The sellers are the company’s Managing Director Christian Rassmuson and CTO Chris Öman, who are also the company’s founders.
Nanomil develops and manufactures cabling and electromechanical products for Scandinavian customers with high demands on innovation, quality and sustainability. These customers are primarily found in industries such as defence, space, railways and the medtech industry. The company also distributes a wide range of electromechanical products, such as connectors, cables and enclosures, from global manufacturers.
Nanomil was founded in 2015 and currently has 15 employees in Täby, just north of Stockholm. Annual sales amount to approximately SEK 35 million.
Nanomil is now part of KAMIC Group’s Electronics business area, led by Business Area Managers Oscar Arvidsson and Robert Andresen. Oscar Arvidsson comments: ‘Nanomil is a well-managed company that develops high-quality products and has a strong position in its niche. With Nanomil in our business area, we are adding technical knowledge, innovative strength and new customer relationships. We warmly welcome Nanomil and its employees to continue their development within the Electronics business area and the KAMIC family.’
The previous owners, Christian Rassmuson and Chris Öman, will continue in their respective roles as Managing Director and CTO also after the change of ownership. We will also gain financial security, which is important for both our employees and customers.
