KAMIC Group has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in STAC AB. The seller is the company\u2019s founder, Stefan Andersson.<\/p>\n
STAC AB sells market-leading equipment for cable and cable harness production as well as labelling systems for cables, tubes and connectors. STAC represents a number of world-leading manufacturers including Schleuniger, KBA Metronic, Cirris Systems, LaserWire Solutions and Kabelmat, and can therefore offer solutions for measuring, labelling, cutting, stripping, crimping, assembling and quality assurance of all types of cable. STAC\u2019s head office is in B\u00e5lsta, just north of Stockholm, from where the company\u2019s customers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark are offered first-class service and support. Sales for 2017 totalled approximately SEK 18 million.<\/p>\n
