KAMIC Group AB has acquired all the shares in Mastervolt Sweden AB (MVS). The sellers are Robert Andresen and Oscar Arvidsson.<\/p>\n
MVS offers power solutions for environments and applications with high demands for operational reliability. The company\u2019s customers are primarily in the marine, manufacturing and automotive industries to which the company supplies both customer-unique special solutions and products from a wide standard range. MVS was founded in 2000 and operations are based in V\u00e4stra Fr\u00f6lunda in Gothenburg municipality. The company has some 15 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK\u00a0100\u00a0million.<\/p>\n

Also, the company operates in a segment that should benefit over time from the electrification of both industry and transport. Both previous owners Robert Andresen and Oscar Arvidsson will continue to lead MVS in their present roles of Managing Director and Sales Manager respectively.
