KAMIC Group AB has acquired all the shares in the Norwegian company Tavlebyggern AS. The sellers are Bj\u00f8rn Stengrimsen and Thomas S. Pettersen.<\/p>\n
Tavlebyggern designs, builds and installs complete low-voltage switchgear, distribution boards and automation cabinets and also offers rebuilding and expansion services for existing installations. The company was founded in 1997 and operations are carried out from Lillestr\u00f8m, just east of Oslo. The company has some 15 employees and annual sales of approximately NOK 60 million.<\/p>\n

The previous part-owner and Managing Director of Tavlebyggern, Bj\u00f8rn Stengrimsen, will continue to lead the company following the acquisition.
