KAMIC Group has recruited Stefan Bengtsson as Business Area Manager for the newly formed Etalema & Mindelon business area. This new business area comprises the former Production Technology and Magnetics business areas within KAMIC Group, as well as the companies within the Mindelon Group.
Stefan Bengtsson is very well known within the KAMIC, Amplex & Mindelon Sphere, having previously held positions as Managing Director of the group company Amtele and Head of the Electronics and Mindelon business areas. For the past 18 months, Stefan has been working outside the Sphere as Managing Director and CEO of River Group. We in Group Management are delighted to welcome Stefan back to our team, now with even more experience and expertise.
Why are we making this change?
The KAMIC, Amplex & Mindelon Sphere has grown significantly in recent years, and we have a clear goal to continue growing in the future. At the same time, we are strongly committed to our decentralised governance model, which we believe is essential for sound growth without compromising on profitability and entrepreneurship. In terms of size, the new business area will be roughly on a par with the other business areas within the Sphere, which will create a better balance and provide better conditions for strengthening profitability and, consequently, growth.
The creation of the new business area will have no direct impact on the individual subsidiary companies, and the current business area and unit managers will remain in charge of their respective subsidiary companies within the new structure.
The new organisational structure will come into effect on 1 September, coinciding with Stefan Bengtsson taking up his post. We extend a warm welcome back to Stefan to the KAMIC, Amplex & Mindelon family!
